Eeeyikes. I haven't logged in here in a pathetically long time. I see that a passel o' people have devwatched (or whatever the Sam you call it) me. I feel kind of bad about the lack of newness, but at the same time, it's really great incentive to get off my passel and start posting.

Not that I've had a lot of stuff to post. I've been superlatively uninspired over the past few months, so much so that I left my camera at home when I went on my Christmas trip. However, a voyage to the land of my formative years for what might be the last time spurred me to pick up my contentious camera and catch a shot like this one.

Taken two minutes after sunset. Can't remember the exact temperature, but it was close to -40 . . . cold enough to turn condensation on my camera into frost when I made it back inside.

Cokin trickery = yes. PhotoShop trickery = no.
